This series of motor is designed after sufficiently absorbing the features of aluminum motors, with appearance improved and optimized. It adopts full-detachable feet design, which facilitates the changes for different position of terminal box.
Y2A series aluminum casting motor adopts internationally generally-used degree of protection IP55 and insulation class (insulation class F, but with temperature rise B). This series of motor features high efficiency, compliance with European EFF2 standard, high starting torque, low noise, more rational structure, and new and beautiful appearance.
The production is designed based on supply 50HZ (60HZ on request), rated voltage is 220V or 380V (other voltage on request). The common connection : power below 3kW is star (Y) connection, above 4kW is delta (D) connection, the operational environment: ambient temperature not exceeding 40℃，altitude not exceeding 1000m above sea level, if there is special environment condition, please specify when ordering. Duty rating of this series of motor is continuous duty rating (S1).
Cold-rolled lamination steel is used to get low loss and high efficiency. The basic cooling method is IC411. Its cooling and heat-dissipation condition is mature. It has the advantage of high efficiency, low vibration, low noise and easy-maintain.
The series motors are the general using three-phase asynchronous motors, which are applicable to drive varies types of universal machines, such as compressors, fan and ventilator, pumps and crushers and other mechanical equipment, and can also used in petroleum, Chemical industry, medicine, mine and other severe environment as prime driver. |
